Some days lunch is heavier than planned. Some days dinner is whatever you can find. That doesn’t mean the day is lost.

Lento.fit works with what actually happened and helps you make the next choice.

Log what you ate in seconds. Lento.fit keeps track of your whole day, shows you what is still missing and helps you choose what to eat next.

You still have 723 kcal left. Aim for 36 g of protein and 6 g of fibre at dinner.

  3. Lento.fit adapts with you

After a week, Lento.fit shows what went well and the one adjustment worth trying next.

    Lunch is where protein slips

You are consistent at breakfast and dinner. Adding one protein source at lunch is the simplest improvement for next week.

From the meals and nutrients you logged

A calorie number doesn't tell you what to eat next.

Most trackers hand you calories, charts and targets, then leave you to interpret them. Lento.fit closes that gap: it keeps the context of your whole day, adapts the plan and turns the numbers into one clear next action.

Your plan follows real life.

The Plan of the day updates as you eat, so one unexpected meal does not make the rest of the day feel lost.

It speaks before you get stuck.

Check-ins, meal ideas and the daily recap surface what is missing while you can still do something useful about it.

Your history becomes insight.

Daily and weekly patterns across meals, nutrients, habits and weight become practical improvements, not another collection of charts.

A scan gives you a number. Lento.fit gives you the next useful action.

Based on what you ate, what is still missing and the plan for today.

The advice uses what you have already logged today.

A one-off AI chat or scanner

  • Analyses the meal in front of it
  • Returns calories and nutrients for that moment
  • Leaves you to decide what the numbers mean
  • Starts again with the next isolated prompt

Lento.fit

  • Keeps the context of your whole day
  • Connects calories, macros and micronutrients to your target
  • Adapts the remaining plan as you eat
  • Recommends what to do next and reviews the result

The Coach works from the meals and targets already in your day.

The coach

A coach that remembers what you actually ate.

Ask "what should I eat tonight?" and it answers. Say "I had two eggs" and it logs them. It uses your logged meals and targets as context for the answer.

A chatbot forgets you tomorrow. Lento.fit doesn't.

what should I eat tonight?

You're at 1,207 kcal, with 36 g of protein and 6 g of fibre left. Beans, whole grains and vegetables would bring you closer to today's targets.

The half of nutrition nobody shows you.

Daily recap and insights

See what worked today — and what to improve next.

The daily recap highlights what went well and where the useful gaps are. Insights then connect meals, nutrients, habits and weight across time.

  • A clear recap at the end of the day.
  • Weekly patterns you can act on.
  • Habits, nutrients and progress in the same story.
Lunch is your biggest meal.

47% of this week's calories came at lunch.

Vitamin D is the clearest gap.

Salmon or eggs a couple of times next week covers most of it.

A note from the founder

I built Lento.fit because I wanted the benefits of tracking without turning every meal into homework. I didn’t need another calorie number. I needed to know what to do next.

Questions, answered honestly.

How does Lento.fit estimate calories from a photo?

Lento.fit identifies the foods and likely portions in the photo, then estimates calories and nutrients for the meal. It shows the ingredients behind the estimate and an uncertainty range instead of pretending one number is exact.

How accurate are the calorie estimates?

Lento.fit's numbers are estimates, and it says so — it shows how it reached each number, so you can correct a portion in one tap. Save a food once, or scan its barcode, and it's reused exactly next time. For tracking that you keep up for months, consistency matters more than false precision.

What can I log with Lento.fit?

You can log a photo, describe a meal by voice or text, scan a barcode, or reuse a saved food. Lento.fit is designed for home-cooked meals, restaurant plates and packaged foods; you can correct any ingredient or portion it gets wrong.

What happens to my data?

Health data from Apple Health or Health Connect is read-only — Lento.fit reads your steps and sleep and writes nothing back. We don't sell your data to anyone, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app.

What if the estimate is wrong?

Change it. Every estimate opens up: adjust the portion, swap an ingredient, or type the number straight in if you already know it. Corrections stick — the next time you log the same thing, Lento.fit uses your version.

How do I cancel?

From your phone, not from us. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lento.fit → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lento.fit → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't ask you to sit through a retention flow first.
