Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Lento.fit account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

  1. Open Lento.fit and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete account permanently, at the bottom.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at hello@lento.fit from the email address of your Lento.fit account with the subject “Delete my Lento.fit account”. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (email address and sign-in credentials).
  • All meal logs, photos, notes, and nutrition estimates.
  • Body and health data (weight entries, goals, and any steps/sleep data we stored).
  • Coach conversations and preferences.

Limited data may be retained briefly where the law requires it or in routine encrypted backups, after which it is purged. See our Privacy Policy for details.
